Do you train operators?
No — we lease to professionals who already know how to use the equipment. This reduces liability and keeps operations simple.
What's the minimum lease term?
30 days standard for most equipment. Some items (long-term transport logistics) require 60-day minimums.
Can I rent a single garment rack?
No — garment racks and similar items are only available as part of kits. This keeps logistics efficient and pricing sustainable.
What happens if equipment is damaged?
Normal wear is expected. Damage beyond normal use is assessed against the deposit. We document condition at delivery and pickup with photos and video.
Do you offer pickup or only delivery?
Both. Pickup from our Toledo-area warehouse is available at a discount. Delivery is available within our 300-mile service radius with batched route scheduling.
